客厅一隅利用墙的厚度隐藏变电箱并做出薄型书柜，布置造型单椅、立灯，打造阅读角落的静缓况味。
流畅动线将原先地下室路径更动入口方向，经过格局排列重组的巧思，满足4大房的居住需求。
餐厨区以中岛取代制式餐桌，在大量木质、石材的自然元素中，玫瑰金灯具适巧勾勒些许华贵质感。
中岛机能中岛规划收纳、3C插座及电陶炉通气口，底部导斜角设计多出放脚的活动空间，细节精致且机能强大。
场域联结中岛作为整个场域串连中心，一旁公卫浴洗手台台面区则采开放设计手法，延伸视觉景深，和风美学也成为美感空间的一部分。
公卫浴空间设计师王义胜&王艺桦突破旧思维，将公卫浴一分为三，淋浴间、马桶间、双洗脸盆台面区各自独立，灵活而弹性的使用方式，体贴并契合三代同堂的生活型态。
主卧主卧的结构柱同样以柜体包覆隐身于空间之中，立面以朴质清水模诠释当代设计美学风范。
采光与通风四间卧室全规划于格局外围且皆设有窗户，保证采光及通风机能，缔造舒适宜人的生活场景。
静谧情境针对居住者性格铺叙各自卧房的舒眠情境，优雅沁人的壁纸与床单细节，让空气味道也显得静谧起来。
地下室地下室规划为储藏收纳空间，梯体选用铁件冲孔板，让一楼光源可以导入于此，收纳架使用相同质材语汇，营造一致的清爽感。
