简约调性以屋主喜爱的简约风为题，白色基底融合温润木质，局部再带入清水模质地，营造自然舒适的居家氛围。
电视主墙拆除书房原有的墙面后，局部砌出电视主墙，两侧则以铁件玻璃隔间界定，让视觉得以延伸穿透。
温润调性屋主相当喜爱木质元素，因此李羽芝与黄翊峯设计师大量融入温润木色，从玄关开始蔓延至客厅、餐厅、书房以及卧室，让家中每个场域都充满温暖质感。
餐厅区相同的材质延续到餐厅，让每个场域的调性相互呼应。厨房贴心设置玻璃拉门，有效阻挡油烟逸散又不造成阻光。
开阔视觉格局经微调后，不仅达成屋主想要储藏室与书房的需求，也让空间视觉更加开阔，可说是一举两得。
玻璃隔间拆除原有的墙面后，改以铁件玻璃隔间打造出穿透的书房，在转角处摆放绿意植栽，便是一处别具质感的段落端景。
书房左右两侧规划大面积的展示收纳柜，可以摆放屋主大量藏书，以及到各国旅行时带回来的纪念品。
休闲木屋书房内的天花板特别以木皮板铺陈，再次传递强烈的温暖意象，搭配黑色百叶帘，制造有如小木屋般的休闲意境。
天花板以木皮板拼贴的天花板，与周遭洁白的色彩形成对比，让空间轮廓更加立体，顺势带动视觉向上提升。
主卧室在简约基底中，于床头板和柜体上适度加入线条变化，以现代手法呈现古典的优雅美感。
床头墙床头墙刷上深灰色漆，营造出静谧安定的休憩氛围，让男女主人可充分休息与放松。
