天花板隐性区隔林奇锋设计师配合空间区隔与梁柱位置，以层次天花板与弧形内层装饰，美感天成。
天花板的对称与修饰为冲淡大梁存在感，宇清田设计贴上灰镜修饰后有效降低压迫感，另在左右两边设计弧形造型拉高空间感。
异材质拼搭以深色木地板框出客厅区块，左右过道、玄关及餐厅则选用石材铺陈，深浅有致外也藉由材质对应使用者需求。
柜体的轻盈感以吊柜、展示区与矮柜组合的大面积柜体，由林奇锋设计师于底部安排灯带，呈现轻盈的漂浮感。
公领域重心以镀钛、灰玻及烤漆金属组合的展示柜，在石材的衬托下，整体线条利落而稳重，气势雄浑。
端景墙顶天而立的金属端景墙以穿透感高的灰镜为底，加上不做满的镂空设计，成为公领域视觉上美丽的惊叹号。
休憩区客厅中间摆设两张单椅作为小休憩区，撤走后即变身为假期时小朋友最爱的弹性空间。
开放式厨房与餐厅与餐桌使用同一块石材制作的中岛，成为开放式厨房与餐厅的美好过渡，让更多互动的美好时刻在此酝酿。
体贴入微的设计诀窍宇清田设计在本案以深色系的稳重与浅色系的惬意，考虑建材选择后设计出隽永且好保养的生活空间，业主后续维持更便利。
