餐厨区厨具从一字形变为L形，增加机能完整性；中间设置中岛与餐桌相连，形成餐厨合一的配置设计。
串联情感中岛区成为凝聚情感的地方，兼具用餐、聊天、备餐的机能用途；即使家人待在其他空间活动，以半开放式设计让彼此交流沟通无阻碍。
书房以订制家具打造出书桌，配置单边脚桌子与柜体合而为一，让屋主两名小孩拥有专属阅读空间。
开放通透以半高电视墙界定书房区块，让视线通透得以延伸，方便屋主注意小孩活动情况。
廊道穿插木纹和色块形成连续性造型立面，在天花处带来斜面造型的错觉效果；壁面装设壁灯打造出端景，吸引观者视线停留增加景深。
弹性界定一侧大理石地板从玄关经餐厨区进入私领域走道，另一侧木纹地砖自客厅遁入书房场域，藉由一深一浅、一亮一雾的对比区隔空间。
主卧床头板两侧利用绷皮手法打造出对称造型，表面如波浪起伏增加立体层次感，形塑出宁静沉稳的灰色地带。
收纳设计柜体运用木作和壁纸创造出分割视觉，几何块状造型犹如积木般堆栈；藉由格栅设计串连起天壁立面表情，增添线条变化性。
方寸之地讲设计运用主卫和衣柜之间形成的畸零地规划化妆桌，化妆镜巧妙从天而降避免阻碍光线进入室内，女主人梳化时有足够照明亮度。
