入门意象入门后，Kevin杨宥祥设计师将动线划分左右两区，分别为开放厨房与客、餐厅，并以异质地坪界定玄关及公共场域。
客厅铺排在客厅的规划上，荃巨设计选购意大利蓝色沙发，并透过ㄑ字形的摆法，让家人目光更聚焦在公共空间中心。
餐厅公共场域中心点的餐厅具有多元机能，平日除了用餐之外，更兼有亲友聚会、工作及小孩念书的地方。
日光盈满「开放视野」、「敞朗明亮」的公共空间，将客、餐厅构置为同一轴线，让暖暖的日光晕染于场域之中。
餐厨区为符合家中五口的生活型态与围聚需求，Kevin杨宥祥于餐厅后方规划开放式厨房，并规划有中岛式吧台，让收纳与机能性更加完备。
玻璃拉门荃巨设计运用玻璃拉门等穿透感材质，打造出明亮通透的书房，也增添视觉层次与景深。
书房机能目前屋主三个小孩都还小，Kevin杨宥祥设计师将书房规划为未来小孩房，所以皆使用活动式的家具。
主卧房主卧房挹注「现代时尚」与「简约调性」，透过线条与色调的妆点，体现优雅且舒适的空间调性。
机能规划主卧房除了围塑简单、舒适的氛围外，床尾与廊道的部分则规划收纳及展示功能，让美感兼有实用性。
主卧卫浴Kevin杨宥祥设计师以大理石台面搭配石纹砖面，加上镜柜的收纳设计，建构出大器质感的卫浴空间。
小孩房荃巨设计调整房间的尺寸，并规划上下铺的睡眠床架，让小男孩的使用空间更加宽敞。
空间暖意透过自然光渲染，映照在木质元素的地坪、立面与家俬上，增加空间中的暖意。
