V字形拼花做为空间标志的V字形拼花丰富空间线条感，立面右侧规划开放层板，则增加视野转角的开阔度。
设计元素以拖拉门片将热炒的油烟留置在厨房不影响用餐区，并延伸客厅的壁纸进入餐厅区，强调公共空间整体性。
用餐区与书房与餐厅相对的书房敞开大门时同为公领域，一方面导引光线进入餐厅，另一方面延伸视觉尺度。
书房舒适的座椅增添阅读的舒适性，赵玲设计选择不将空间做满，再藉由直向及斜拼的木皮强调整体风格。
情感互动右侧书房以大面积的玻璃让使用者在阅读时，可以同时与在客厅及餐厅的家人互动。
床头设计进入私领域，赵玲与吕学宇设计师延续V字形拼花做为造型元素，搭配大量的木头材质，显得温暖闲适。
主卧室一隅构筑一个让人放松的场域，低台度的桌椅与柔和的光线编织私领域的悠闲时光。
自动门设置进入浴室的门片特别采取自动门设计，让使用者进出更方便，同时省下空间做为更衣室收纳！
卫浴区以饭店规格精心规划的主卧卫浴，采干湿分离、双洗手台、舒适浴缸，为使用者洗涤一日疲惫。
