格栅穿透一楼后半部的上楼梯间位置，吴典育设计师巧妙将上楼坡度与溜滑梯结合，温暖木质格栅除了安全维护也保持光线流动。
健康实木由于孩子年纪小，学爬、跑跳间会不断触摸、甚至舔吮室内装潢物，因此全案硬体皆采用健康无毒的实木或无醛板材施作，连涂料也选用抑菌竹炭漆。
善用梯下楼梯下方的三角形空间通常很难使用，时间久了就只能藏污纳垢，但是在这里，梯下却是一处可爱的秘密基地。
凿孔趣味善用二楼地面局部较高的特色，吴典育设计师以镶嵌玻璃的凿孔，保留视觉隐约看见车库的穿透趣味。
屋型语汇二楼整区完整的长型空间里，除了靠窗的架高阅读区、书柜外，天昱设计运用了一大一小两处立体屋型语汇来串接其他场域。
三度立体实木打造的斜顶、挑空天井巧妙转移了街屋的有限，换来的想像力和趣味
挑空天井直贯三楼的挑空天井导入北欧住宅的烟囱型态，并直贴茶镜到顶创造光影反射的虚实感。
木屋涂鸦墙面凿出圆孔的涂鸦区里，刚学爬的孩子可以尽情翻滚，会拿笔的孩子也能在白板墙上随意涂鸭。
无限想像挑空天井的存在，是处可以延伸视野、涵养想像力的奇妙地带，吴典育设计师也不忘贴心装设高度达160cm的格栅护栏。
消耗体力一、二楼总计多达两处的木造滑梯设计，让孩子们可以尽情消耗用不完的体力。
窥探之乐狭窄的孔洞总给人一种窥探欲望，就像爱丽丝梦游仙境的情节一样，孩子们也能在小巧的凿孔中获得冒险趣味。
多功能区三楼规划为多功能区，地面全数铺设德国进口超耐磨地板，无论露营、学骑脚踏车、玩小赛车都超适合。
