餐厅因拆除厨房墙面造成的地面破口，赵玲室内设计以特色花砖填补，呈现与客厅相呼应的地毯意象。
天花线条减去过于繁复的线板语汇，天花采用木作层次并施以喷漆，呈现新古典的线条造型却不显压迫。
沙发改造原与风格不搭的旧沙发，赵玲与吕学宇设计师替换其内部骨架，并更换外观布料为华丽调性的质材，让旧物焕然重生与新古典完美交融。
电视墙尺度颀长的电视墙安排，具有拉长空间感的视觉效果；材质沿用旧家使用的爱情海大理石，并将余料用于餐桌桌面，其横向纹理与灰调色泽，为新古典奢华增添现代内敛质感。
书房隔间拆除餐厅与书房实墙隔间，改以穿透式柜体取代，不仅收纳形式更多元，也让书房与客餐厅间的视觉交流更为紧密。
书房以罗马式古典叠砖壁纸作为书房主墙，搭配古典造型家具，让公领域风格延续至此。
座椅改造原为纯柚木色的老式座椅，保留椅脚造型并磨去多余部分再以喷漆处理，布料坐垫则改为绒布软垫，完美改造为新古典式的风格家具。
廊道延续用书房的古典叠砖壁纸，搭接另一侧壁面的灰、白用色，让现代美学中串接着古典风情。
主卧房延伸床头背墙至天花处，并透过灯光、线板、饰花及壁纸，消弭突兀的梁线，使其融入整体的风格设计。
男孩房有别于公共空间的新古典华丽，男孩房以简约的设计手法，呈现男孩的个性与气质。
文青气息壁面以大量木皮包覆，并于床头背墙佐入绷布层次，让青少年喜爱的文青气息弥漫一室。
