玄关柜体之间以铁件结构打造出穿鞋椅，墙上整面壁纸铺陈结合暗门设计轻易将电箱隐藏于后；上方嵌入铁件层架创造端景意象，下方悬空并延展出石材台面用来暂放鞋子。
多功能收纳门片运用镜面反射特性提升放大感，搭配格栅造型增加变化性；里头规划满满层板摆放杂物，部分使用抽盘设计方便拿取深处物品。
电视墙石材电视墙表面呈现出自然纹理增添大器质感，柜体采左右对称设计一来消弭修饰柱内形成的内凹畸零地，二来让机柜符合人体工学使用操作时不必弯腰低身。
消弭梁线运用格栅造型串联天壁立面形成ㄇ字入口意象，淡化上方横梁产生的压迫感；搭配具设计感的吊灯从天而降创造视觉焦点，也能营造独特情境氛围。
场域界定客餐厅之间运用一座半高柜形成界定，同时兼作沙发墙带来支撑有背靠；以木作结合石材展现精致质感，衔接处做了脱缝设计和黑色沟缝增加层次变化。
食物储藏柜春雨时尚空间设计打造出食物储藏抽屉柜，配置玻璃造型台面让收纳一目了然，避免食物存放过久过期，下方使用木作方式创造出藏物功能。
餐厅餐厅主墙使用木纹、石纹、镜面三主材质进行混搭，结合黑色框边形成几何切割造型，结合格栅设计做收边揭示场域机能转换，创造出跳跃视觉和堆叠纹理。
书房书墙拥有超强大收纳机能，中间开放式收纳可以摆放常阅读的书籍和文件，下方抽屉柜往窗户延展出小孩使用的书桌，打造出增加互动交流的亲子共享空间。
廊道周建志设计师刻意不将收纳做满，预留摆放冰箱的位置提升变动弹性；柜体运用灯光设计照映出壁纸精致质感，藉由木纹延展和黑色线条隐藏起书房门片。
主卧主卧床头板使用布纹绷皮设计营造沉稳静谧感，日后清洁和维持上也更方便，角落预留空间和插座可以摆放电动椅。
收纳设计入口处开放式台面用来挂放衣物和配件，让外出返家的屋主可以立刻卸下一身配件； 电视墙设置活动式门板遮蔽电视萤幕反光，下方矮柜使用悬空设计提升清洁方便性，还能避免行走时身体碰撞到。
男孩房床头两侧分别规划出推拉柜和层板柜，消弭结构柱形成的内凹空间； 卫浴入口两侧依然规划满满收纳，透过黑色造型进行串联让机能一气呵成。
