餐厅采木作方式打造餐边柜，上方如格栅造型的层板，可摆放屋主收藏的红酒和酒杯，中段镶贴灰镜提升空间亮度。
流畅动线沙发后方空间够大，摆放一张长型餐桌，形成流畅的回字动线，与周围场域串联一气。
弹性隔间采半开放式的格局规划，以可弹性开阖的拉门取代实墙，让空间关系拥有多样使用变化。
书房将建商配置的+1房规划为书房，透过拉门让空间兼具开放和隐密性；以木作柜体与墙面烤漆玻璃做搭配，带来平衡的视觉效果。
走道广延空间设计以白色与大地色做搭配，结合异材质混搭手法，增加视觉层次感。
立面设计涂上白色特殊漆呈现皮革纹理表面，深木色拉门则带来线性切割造型，替空间挹注自然温润气息。
主卧木纹深浅交错隐藏通往更衣室的入口门片，床头墙使用硅藻土除湿，让壁面拥有各自风格表情。
更衣室柜体做满至天花处，提升衣物收纳量，门片背面作为穿衣镜使用，麻雀虽小五脏俱全。
次卧以木作方式垫高床铺，不仅提升空间收纳量，床尾也延展出休闲放松的卧榻机能。
机能合并将书桌与床头柜合并，延展出展示平台，并设置直立展示柜，消弭横梁产生的畸零空间。
