替年迈的屋主着想，电视柜下方的收纳柜刻意增加高度，避免过度弯腰或蹲低，体贴使用者设计让生活更便利；下方缺口收纳小椅凳，灵活运用丰富机能。
客厅底端的厨房与多功能室是采光面，特别在厨房门片做了半透明玻璃设计，即便阖上房门也能感受到自然光晕。
选择白色为空间基调，挑选饱和色系暖黄作为软件的主色，随着心情更换色彩超是很美式的作风。
由于厨房空间不大，将电器柜与冰箱设计在公共区域，紧邻厨房的餐桌摆设也拥有迷你中岛的味道，打开冰箱拿出蛋糕水果就能享受下午茶。
春雨时尚空间设计抓住双面采光的优势，在靠窗处设计L型卧榻并铺设木地板，选择窗帘与百页相互搭配，玩出空间趣味。
利用系统柜打造悬吊式收纳柜节省地坪，床组下增设抽屉放置寝室杂物，在粉紫墙面和床单的搭配下，舒适的个人空间就完成了。
周建志设计师用自然皮革色和棕色灯罩展现沈稳恬静的质感，深灰色床单和白色混搭后营造出犹如饭店般的精致体验。
