高度设计电视墙的背面延伸出多功能区，经计算后可使一般成人站立时见到客厅状况，让两空间虽有区隔却又可互相照应。
多功能区多功能区以弧形天花及地坪围塑，并展示多样收藏及丛书，使犹如太空舱的小空间在木质包覆下更显闲适。
餐厨区白净的进口厨具一展精致质感，中岛及嵌入的木餐桌则丰富使用机能，共同打造适宜聚会的生活空间。
开放式设计由于本案为度假聚会之用，因此采开放式设计使各空间自然串联互动，也增添敞朗大器之感。
主卧房馥筑时尚室内装修设计以一道简约的电视墙分隔场域，回字动线的设计使空间划分后也不显压迫。
隐藏收纳为了不使床头上方大梁影响睡眠品质，床头背板特别设计为隐藏拉门，并利用梁下规划收纳空间。
更衣间电视墙后方除了规划出梳妆区外，也贴心规划更衣间，并利用进口铁框门片装饰，营造现代精炼氛围。
次卧房与主卧房相似的格局配置，利用电视墙分隔出书房空间，让个人空间能同时保有工作及休闲机能。
卫浴空间木石元素同样延伸至卫浴空间，并保留小面窗景，使泡澡时能顺便欣赏景致放松身心。
