精品家具森境＆王俊宏设计为屋主于米兰家具展中挑选最新、最具有特色的精品家具，如这把碳纤维单椅，展现出轻盈纤细的美感。
天窗采光用天窗设计替位在地下楼层的宴客区引入自然光，随着不同时段而有所变化的光线，让空间的光影更显灵动。
特殊材质客、餐厅区域的地面及墙面皆选用特殊盘多磨材质，具有光洁、明亮、纹理细腻、无缝、易清洁等优点。
挑高客厅屋主一家日常使用的客厅采挑高设计，打造开阔感，垂缀的大型吊灯以金属丝线为主体，量体虽大却一点都不显沉重。
中岛吧台在餐厅之外，王俊宏设计师也为屋主打造一个中岛吧台，可以在这里简单烹调轻食，并享受下午茶时光。
二楼公共区二楼空间环绕着一楼客厅，以透明玻璃为围栏，减少封闭隔间的设计，让光线可以更好的在空间中流动。
阅览书廊结合廊道、书墙及一旁的大书桌，打造出舒适的阅读环境。上方洒下的阳光正好，让人只想好好沉浸书香。
梯间设计楼梯以天井采光搭配扶手人工光源，不论阴晴昼夜均别有风采。墙面以同一品种大理石切割后重拼，打造异中有同趣味感。
明亮主卧善用斜屋顶特质打造了一扇采光窗，从上方引入光源，满足被阳光唤醒的美好生活想象。
主卧小客厅位于主卧室旁的小客厅布置得小巧温暖，让屋主在睡前可以轻酌一杯红酒，放松一天的疲劳与紧绷。
