大地浅亚色搭配挑高天花设计，公领域不仅深具温度，也营造空间放大的延伸效果。
在坪数不大的情况下，开放式的空间格局，串联客餐厅，引光入室，开阔整个公领域。
郁琇琇总监巧用靠窗电视柜的角落创造机能空间，为屋主辟出电脑桌的使用区域。
通往客浴及寝卧区的过道区，运用隐藏门手法修饰客浴入口于墙面，使过道立面俐落简单。
客餐厅连贯的开放空间，与厨房之间以雾面玻璃门做出区隔保有引光作用。
轻浅的奶黄勾勒白色线板床头墙面，辅以侧边雕花的隔屏，营造典雅的主卧氛围。
古典风格的梳妆台与大衣柜，赋予雅致的造型设计，更满足女屋主所有生活及收纳的机能需求。
尽管空间不大，但在郁琇琇总监妥善规划配置，仍为屋主夫妻创造出宽敞且附大浴缸的主卧卫浴。
郁琇琇总监巧妙调整空间格局比例，3房变4房，满足屋主3位儿子拥有自己独立生活空间的梦想。
在3位儿子的卧房，都配置书桌柜与衣柜设计，小空间大坪效做好做满。
缩减尺度的客浴空间，简单俐落的干湿分离卫浴规划，达到小巧实用且便于清洁的效果。
