地坪的铺排别具巧思，采以大片人字拼延展空间方向，V字造型成为视觉指引，拉伸空间尺度。
阳台墙面的藏蓝色漆面框出户外景色，赵玲室内设计团队运用能调整高度的风琴帘，让屋主能借由上开式设计欣赏透纳室外的景致，下半部又能提供足够隐私性。
打掉餐厅与书房的实墙隔间，吕学宇设计师选用铁件玻璃折门表现开阔尺度，赋予空间视觉穿透感及弹性使用机能。
统整收纳机能的配置，整面式藏蓝跳色墙除了是端景墙，没有踢脚板的安排，更打造出兼具双面柜收纳与客浴隐藏门机能。
在不想破坏原有餐厅吧台情形下，要提供屋主舒适的用餐台面高度，吕学宇设计师在吧台上添置实木平台，让用餐更适切需求。
少了实墙的生硬，赵玲室内设计团队运用端景双面柜转化成餐厅与书房的隔间墙，发挥最大坪效与机能性。
书房是屋主夫妻俩最常久待的区域，为了让夫妻俩能共享书房空间，在L型书桌区旁规划了卧榻区，可以兼顾舒适阅读与休憩的功能。
延续黑框设计物件的元素，在书柜与书桌边角设计上，皆采黑色铁件勾勒线条与色。
书房一隅的多功能区块，规划了衣柜及隐藏式穿衣镜，并上置投影布幕，屋主夫妻可以在这里欣赏影片或看简报，也能在这里健身或做瑜珈。
主卧空间不仅采光良好，还有邻近小溪的绝佳视野，赵玲室内设计团队巧妙化解窗边梁柱，以藏蓝色漆面构画框景，倚著卧榻轻松享受舒适生活氛围。
主卧墙绘以女屋主喜爱的橘红色彩，搭配白色系墙面与高低柜，透著窗外明亮采光，更显寝卧的质朴温度感。
