本案是一个位于地下的餐厅。在日新月异、时代巨变的今天,餐饮空间承载的功能早已不只是吃一顿饭那么简单,它还是人们交流、约会、享受的重要场所。
This case is a restaurant located underground. In today's ever-changing and changing times, the function of the dining space is not only as simple as eating a meal, it is also an important place for people to communicate, date and enjoy.
由于地下空间几乎是全封闭状态,近似密闭空间内容易出现:缺乏自然采光通风;空间压抑,易造成负面心理影响;缺乏节点设计,地下餐饮空间可识别性差,容易造成迷失感等弊端。然而,就餐是五感”(视觉、听觉、嗅觉、味觉、触觉)的综合体验,如何通过设计改善地下餐饮空间,让到访者的五感得到更好的体验,成为圆设计的首要诉求。

However, dining is a comprehensive experience of five senses (vision, hearing, smell, taste, and touch). How to improve the underground dining space through design to give visitors a better experience of the five senses has become the primary appeal of circle design.
一步一景,加深空间印象-
由于在地下空间穿梭容易使人缺乏方向感,为此设计师巧用一步一景的概念,长廊装饰造型树与绿萝的搭配,现代与自然的交织。精心装饰和陈设布景的走道或回廊来进行连接,酝酿情绪,使之具有“曲径通幽”的意境。

The walkways or cloisters that are carefully decorated and decorated with scenes are connected to brew emotions and make them have a "curvy path" concept.

People's walking path is no longer like passing a series of approximately closed passages, but walking through a space that is worth recalling and has a unique taste. In such an environment, the customer's clear impact characteristics can deepen people's overall space impression and enhance the sense of direction.
方圆融通,提升环境质量-

With an appropriate amount of natural plants and other ecological landscapes, the environmental quality of the underground space is greatly improved.
水与光影,打造天然氧吧-
The designer's inlay of water molecules into the underground dining space is ingenious. When the light is hitting the smooth and round water molecule decoration, due to the regularity of the ball, all angles are It can form a mottled high-gloss luster, light and shadow intersect, improve the light effect of the underground space, and at the same time, it also forms an immersive experience mode of "initiating, inheriting, turning and combining" for customers.
行走动线,隐秘与通透兼并-
餐饮区是餐厅的主要盈利场所,是用餐客人与服务人员的交汇处,是各种流线、信息交接的纽带。设计师在做空间划分时候,将包间区域放在整个空间相对中心位置,我与邻桌,卡座与包房,都用骨正筋柔的绿植与墙体隔断区别开来,恰到好处的距离,兼并着隐秘与通透。大厅空间划分为相对私密(卡座)、敞开空间,自然形成了合理的空间动线,在保证餐厅上座率的同时,又让各个空间即相互独立又相互联系。

在本案中,婆娑绰约的绿植与空中的水分子玻璃球交相呼应,给闽南菜系的鲜美再调几分清爽。如此轻灵惬意的就餐氛围里,顾客体验的何尝不是一番味动心静的感官盛宴?
