品伊设计新作 | JINMAO金茂：总裁办公双生会所

以当代装置艺术，突破传统边界，为空间注入超越性的艺术体验，是品伊设计《大时代美学家·MIX2020》商业地产设计，藉由艺术传达的设计哲思。

明珠湾位于南沙新区正中心，作为未来南沙新区的城市主中心，随着国际金融论坛（IFF）落户，明珠湾总部企业云集，中交国际、中海运、省交通利通中心等世界500强企业争先进驻。

PINKI品伊国际创意机构旗下：DDA大艺术家商策设计团队，基于业主诉求，进行合乎商业办公空间的投资定位与品牌文化升级，联合JINMAO金茂打造南沙明珠湾万豪双生办公俱乐部。

Mingzhu Bay is located in the center of Nansha New Area. As the main urban center of Nansha New Area in the future, with the settling of the International Financial Forum (IFF), the headquarters of Mingzhu Bay gathers the world's top 500 enterprises to enter it first.Under PINKI GROUP: DDA Grand Artist business design team,  based on the demands of the owners, to conduct the investment positioning and brand culture upgrade in line with the commercial office space, together with JINMAO to create Nansha Pearl Bay Marriott Twin Office Club.

本案业主是新生代互联网金融企业家，思维开阔、富有艺术涵养、拥有独特的审美基因、注重品质与环保。所置户型面积大小200㎡左右，作为业主私人办公俱乐部提升生活品质的第一场所，期待与PINKI带来全新的合作。

The owner of this case is a new generation of Internet financial entrepreneurs with open thinking, artistic self-cultivation, unique aesthetic genes, and emphasis on quality and environmental protection. The apartment size is about 200 square meters, as the owner's private office club to improve the quality of life first place, looking forward to bring new cooperation with PINKI.

＂双生＂指的是一种重叠的状态，项目涉及品质细节，新型概念科技、艺术IP等业主的独特基因，包含客户接待、休闲办公、社交俱乐部等主要功能，是相关IP领域，私密性，企业社交与办公的完美结合。

"Twin" refers to a kind of overlapping state, the project involves quality details, new concept technology, art IP and other unique genes of the owner, including customer reception, leisure office, social club and other main functions, is related to IP domain, privacy, corporate social and office perfect combination.

本案为明珠湾万豪酒店高层户型，拥有独特的项目基因，为此设计师基于整体的空间布局设计，将主要的江景视觉全部保留，共享于会客区域，打造坐拥180°广阔江景的云顶办公俱乐部。

This case is a high-rise apartment of Mingzhu Bay Marriott Hotel, which has a unique project gene. Therefore, based on the overall spatial layout design, the designer retains all the main river view vision and shares it in the receiving area, creating a Genting office club with a 180° broad river view.

空间设计部分采用“开放、共享、创新”的设计理念，并赋予空间更多的可能性。

The space design part adopts the design concept of "openness, sharing and innovation", and endows the space with more possibilities.

环境的舒适程度，能够决定心情好坏，快节奏的生活方式分离了我们独立而自由的有趣灵魂，随之制造焦虑、空洞与无助感，为了让生活不被这样的重复所束缚，设计师将入户区域打造成多重业态&品牌展示的沉浸式体验空间。

The comfort level of the environment can determine whether we are in a good or bad mood. The fast-paced lifestyle separates our independent and free interesting soul, and then creates anxiety, emptiness and helplessness. In order to make our life not be constrained by such repetition, the designer makes the indoor area into an immersive experience space with multiple formats & brand display.

以弧形装置为载体映射第二空间，虚实相生，涉取空间能量缔造对立又统一的平行时空，通过时空长廊末端通道跃迁致另一端实体空间。装置的弧线感弱化棱角的尖锐，柔化空间的视觉感受。

The arc-shaped device is used as the carrier to map the second space, and the virtual and the real coexist. The space energy is involved to create a parallel space-time that is opposite and unified, and the physical space at the other end is leaped through the end channel of the space-time corridor. The arc feeling of the device weakens the sharp edges and softens the visual feeling of the space.

设计师在大框架的氛围感和小细节的处理上都十分考究，巧妙地把控了整个空间的视觉效果。在细节处理上，设计师采用流线型的灯带点缀吧台位置，将吧台的轮廓线条呈现得更加流畅自然，不仅没有显得杂乱无章，反而让空间变得更加精致、舒适。整个空间体验极具延展性，令人感受到空间流动的自然感觉。设计师的高超技艺为这个空间注入了极具吸引力的魅力，令人难以忘怀。此外，半开放的水吧区与展台位置的汽车元素相得益彰，让空间呈现出极具动感的视觉效果。

The designer is very sophisticated in the atmosphere of the big frame and the processing of small details, and cleverly controls the visual effect of the whole space. In terms of details, the designer uses streamlined light belts to adorn the position of the bar, presenting the outline of the bar more smoothly and naturally. Instead of being chaotic, the space becomes more delicate and comfortable. The whole space experience is extremely malleable, creating a natural feeling of space flow. The high skill of the designer has infused this space with a very attractive charm, which is unforgettable. In addition, the semi-open water bar and the booth location of the car element complement each other, giving the space a very dynamic visual effect.

设计师希望通过不一样的视觉表达手法，寻求高度的沉浸体验。为了达到此目的，在装置的选择及空间塑造上，采用大面积的金属与镜面材质，打造出空间与光影对话，将高层的自然光源与美景一并引入室内，站在窗前眺望就能将壮阔的江景和城市天际线美景尽收眼底，以光影的形式创造出一场无边际的视觉之旅。

Designers hope to seek a highly immersive experience through different visual expression techniques. In order to achieve this goal, large areas of metal and mirror materials are used in the selection of devices and space shaping to create a dialogue between space and light and shadow. Natural light sources and beautiful scenery from the high level are introduced into the interior. When you stand in front of the window and look out, you can have a panoramic view of the magnificent river landscape and city skyline, creating an endless visual journey in the form of light and shadow.

深度洽谈区好似一个半开放的盒子，设计师摒弃掉多余的曲线，同时将面向江景的视觉与视野打通，阳光，不仅是房间里最佳的软装，更是维持健康和情绪的稳定器。置身在阳光下，不论是日常办公亦或是商务洽谈，都会为身处其中的人带来一丝愉悦的心情。

陈设部分，根据业主的喜好基因，设计引入了大量的汽车与IP元素，金属质感的陈设艺术品搭配上淡雅的黑与洁净白，使得空间整体观感简约而不简单，潜移默化的彰显着都市现代设计的跳跃。

Depth negotiation area is like a semi-open box, the designer abandoned the excess curve, at the same time will face the river view vision and vision through, the sun, is not only the best soft room, but also maintain health and mood stabilizer. Exposure to the sun, whether it is daily office or business negotiations, will bring a pleasant mood for people in it.

In the furnishings part, according to the owner's preference gene, a large number of car and IP elements are introduced into the design. The metal texture of the furnishings art is matched with elegant black and clean white, making the overall appearance of the space simple but not simple, subtly highlighting the jump of modern urban design.
