“LESS IS LESS”则进一步强调了简约的重要性,它认为多余的设计只会干扰和分散注意力,而真正的设计应该专注于功能和实用性。通过去除多余的设计,可以使产品或空间更加简洁、易于理解和使用。
本案的设计师认为,当代建筑设计的发展趋势是追求简约、功能性和可持续性,建筑设计不仅仅是一种艺术表达,更是一种社会责任。
Modern architecture has developed in a very diverse way and presents many ideas. The incoming architectural design firm focus on urban renewal and modern space, and their works express some design ideas: for example, reflections on "excessive" design; reflections on "showy" and "showy material" approaches; With such reflections, a "LESS IS LESS" design was created from intuition.

The project is located in The Weave Wujie, Shanghai's online fashion and art district, formerly known as Shanghai's Ninth Silk Weaving Factory;
After renovation in 2022, it will become a model project for the revitalization of Shanghai Industrial Park.
The building's interior, with its vicissitudes of floors and beams, speaks of a glorious past;
通过本次改造,建筑设计公司希望在保留历史价值的同时,注入现代设计和创意元素,让建筑焕发出新的生机和活力,助力上海工业园区的发展和复兴。
项目实践 Project Presentation
There is not a single purely decorative element: the back side of the seating area and the terrace is the SLOGAN of the design company, which combines the function of concealment with the function of indication;
The functional elements make an architectural volume aesthetic; The staircase to the upper and lower floors forms a "black box" embedded by steel plates.
Light is both the line that outlines the space and the building block of floodlighting;
Exposing the prefabricated panels on the top of the original space, as well as the concrete material on the partial walls, to preserve the industrial memory of the original building;
The design of the space reflects the architectural "black, white and grey" hierarchy;
办公室与外面的走廊之间采用了玻璃隔断,既实现了空间的隔离,又保持了视线的相通。内部办公空间采用开放式布局,促进了团队成员之间的设计想法交流,营造了扁平化管理和友好的工作氛围。办公室靠窗的位置让团队成员可以俯瞰繁华的时尚街区,感受到充满活力的氛围。
通过这些设计手法,设计师成功地将“黑、白、灰”的主题贯穿于整个办公空间,创造出了丰富而有深度的空间体验。
设计师选择适合的雕塑作品来装饰办公室的公共区域等空间,通过形态、材质和色彩等方面,为办公室增添艺术氛围和品味。
简洁而精致的LOGO设计,放置在办公室的显眼位置,以展示企业的品牌形象和价值观,符合"LESS IS LESS"的理念。
设计师设计了独特而简洁的桌牌,以突出办公室的专业性和个性特点,与办公室的整体设计风格相协调。
