在西安秦汉新城，渭河之畔，一座融合自然韵律与当代美学的作品悄然诞生——旭辉·铂樾万境。作为远离主城区的第二居所，项目以“度假享居”为核心理念，重新定义当代人居空间。

Nestled on the banks of the Wei River in Xi’an’s Qinhan New City, CIFI Phenomenon emerges as a quietly poetic fusion of nature’s rhythms and contemporary form. Conceived as a serene retreat beyond the urban core, this project reimagines modern living through the lens of “resortstyle” comfort.

Drawing from the everyday rhythms of Xi’an life, WJ STUDIO has woven multiple living scenarios into a single, fluid spatial narrative—one that is both evocative and eminently practical.

From “residential shell” to “immersive experience”

380㎡联排别墅以“第二居所”为定位，颠覆传统功能分区。

This 380 sqm townhouse, envisioned as a second home, deliberately breaks away from rigid zoning.

设计将空间视为承载多元场景的“动态模块”，一层会客厅以4.6米挑高释放纵向尺度，L型布局串联会客、宴请、茶叙与观景功能。白色的历目Paper沙发在空间中以简洁的线条勾勒当代美学，于低调中诠释“少即是多”的东方哲思。

The floor plan acts as a series of “dynamic modules”, each ready to host a different activity. On the ground level, a reception lounge soars to 4.6 meters, its Lshaped arrangement effortlessly linking greeting, entertaining, tea ceremonies and river views. The white Paper sofa anchors the room—its clean lines speaking to a contemporary aesthetic while quietly honoring the Eastern ideal of “less is more”.

会客厅后的木拼屏风区暗藏玄机：推拉门后是禅意茶室。设计师以《茶经》为灵感，选用CPH丹麦Sphere系列花器、松针花艺与木拼屏风，构建“一壶茶、一处景”的静思场域。

Beyond the lounge, a wooden screen conceals a surprise: sliding panels reveal a Zeninspired tea room. Taking its cue from the Cha Jing, the space is appointed with CPH’s Sphere vases, pineneedle arrangements and the screen—together creating a moment of calm contemplation, “one pot of tea, one framed scene”.

旋转楼梯通向专属女主人的艺术领地：纯白色弧形沙发如花瓣绽放，深红色单椅与画中的女人像交相呼应，尽显优雅。

A sculptural spiral staircase leads upward to the lady of the house’s private gallery. Here, a petalshaped sofa in pure white unfurls beneath deepred armchairs, echoing the portrait of a woman on the wall. It’s an intimate interplay of form, color and elegance.

Deconstructing the Essence of Living

全景落地窗将渭河波光引入室内，晨昏之际，锻打红铜墙面随光线流转泛起暖金色泽，亚马逊绿奢石台面则如凝固的河水流淌于空间，Tom dixon的落地灯与花器映出别样色彩，自然与匠心的对话在此悄然展开。

Panoramic floortoceiling windows draw the Wei River’s shimmer indoors. At sunrise and sunset, the hammered redcopper wall catches the light, glowing with a warm, golden radiance, while an Amazongreen marble countertop flows through the space like a frozen current. A Tom Dixon floor lamp and sculptural vessels add unexpected color notes—here, nature’s palette and artisanal craft quietly converse.

Fluid function, intergenerational harmony

居住空间从公共向私密自然过渡。二层餐厨一体区以贯通布局容纳家庭社交，西厨岛台与露台无缝衔接，模糊室内外界限。

On the second floor, an open kitchen and dining area invites family interaction: the Westernstyle island extends seamlessly onto the terrace, erasing the boundary between inside and out.

三层书房以“留白哲学”消弭代际隔阂：悬浮书架未预设功能分区，家庭成员可以自行填充兴趣爱好，唱片、书籍、挂画共处一室；书桌兼顾茶台、棋案与手工台多重角色，暗示着不同思维模式的交融渗透。

The thirdfloor study embraces a “less is more” philosophy. A floating bookshelf—free of preset compartments—beckons each family member to curate their own interests, from records to books to artwork. The multifunctional desk doubles as a tea table, chessboard and craft station, suggesting a blending of different modes of thought.

三层空间以“代际对话”为主题，卧室分别住着儿童和老人。女孩房以“秘密花园”为主题，墙壁挂毯增添空间柔软度；男孩房黑白色调呈现出现代简约的风格，老人房则以木质护墙板与地板尽显禅意。

Also on this level, bedrooms for children and grandparents each reflect their inhabitants. The girl’s room becomes a “secret garden”, softened by a tapestry; the boy’s room adopts a blackandwhite palette for a modernminimalist feel; the grandparents’ suite, clad in wood paneling and flooring, exudes Zen tranquility.

四楼主卧以奢享为主题，270°全景落地窗将渭河烟波与天际线框入室内；床头柜上方摆放B&O金属蓝牙音箱，提升空间奢感。

In the master suite on the fourth floor, luxury reigns. A 270° panoramic window frames river mist and city skyline alike; a B&O metal Bluetooth speaker on the nightstand elevates the experience.

通顶镜面柜门滑开，映入眼帘的是步入式衣帽间，超大空间带来私享体验，为精神提供一处栖息地。

Mirrorfronted wardrobe doors slide open to reveal a generous walkin closet—a private refuge for the spirit.

四分离卫浴间内，墙面黑白理石花纹呈现水墨质感；浸泡在观景浴缸时，自动雾化玻璃呈现写意山水画卷，实现“身未动，心已远”的沉浸体验。

The fourzone bathroom completes the narrative: blackandwhite marble walls evoke inkwash artistry, and, from the soaking tub, switchableprivacy glass transforms into an expressive landscape—“the body remains, the mind wanders”.

铂樾万境的样板间不再是被定义的“房子”，而是持续生长的生活剧本——三代人既能在此找到独处的精神角落，亦可通过可变场景创造属于家族的共同记忆。当红铜与光影低语，当露台与星河对话，度假生活的诗意，正藏在每一个被精心设计的细节褶皱中。

At CIFI Phenomenon, the model room transcends the notion of a mere “house”. It is a living script, continually evolving. Three generations discover their own quiet corners and, through adaptable spaces, create lasting family memories. When copper whispers to light and the terrace speaks to the stars, the poetry of resort living is woven into every carefully folded detail.
