户型缺点：1：餐厅区域如果按照开发商要求布置，比较拥挤，中间过道面积太过于浪费，不是很舒适。2：进门玄关柜鞋柜距离太远，鞋柜做在入户右手边又会比较堵。3：厨房面积本身也不大，如果冰箱在厨房太拥挤了，导致操作台面不够用。
我们前期对业主做了比较详细的调研。对新房的期待如下：1：整体浅色调，简洁大方又温馨，用植物来搭配空间。2：无主灯照明。3：收纳少，杂物乱，插座少到处接线板。4：没有入户玄关/包包/钥匙，没有合理安排的地方。
入户小花砖，之前户型分析提到冰箱问题，做到这个地方。很有效率利用了这里的空间，门上买了磁贴比较方便留记忆纸条 一体的白柜门 不显突出！
客厅视角A 基本家具全部是网购，之前看的家具不是这一款，因为疫情，这个产品没生产，断货了！虽然早就下单了 唉 于是我们从新挑了一款，但是这一款中间大理石居然断了，然后业主去了大理石加工厂做了新的，总算搞好了。
整体空间白色通过白色柜子质感的延伸，让空间得以延伸。水吧台位于过道不仅起到空间划分，也延展了餐厅功能使用！
前期su效果 / 最终实景落地效果
波浪板+佐敦烟灰绿+千年木 电视柜子是定制柜体，挂墙悬空的后面做了加固处理，稳定性也很棒。4米长的集成柜体，主要用于收纳方面和平常餐厅小电器的台面使用，大大解决储物与厨房对台面功能是要求。
岛台链接着餐桌配一个高脚凳，偶尔一杯红酒，好友三俩 白与木色，岛台的波浪板与弧弓的柔和，尽显女主人之柔情。
厨房整体比较简洁明了，灶台区域也做了高低处理。因为冰箱外放，厨房释放出更多的电器台面。#厨房 #高低台 这里教大家计算适合你高度橱柜高度 身高除2加50mm等于你的台面高度，这个高度减70就是灶台高度！
卧室壁纸与灰色墙微微呼应，精致的首饰柜 与慵懒的沙发
卫生间采用了水泥砖和爵士白大理石，色调温和，洗漱台最好做抽屉，这样方便使用！
开发商留的外机 安装个门，可以储物用 ，烘干机与洗衣机折叠放 ，旁边收纳日常洗衣液等
吊柜收纳日常卫生工具，外延一部分满足手洗池，日常使用感还不错
儿童房设计衣柜方式比较特殊，业主不太喜欢榻榻米，感觉特别鸡肋一种，但是需要衣柜，所以采用这种设计，相反舒适型大大的提升。#儿童房 另外儿童房设计一定要简单，这样耐看型更高。
容纳俩人位的书桌 ，可以随意摆放着自己喜欢的物件。
台灯很可爱，我和业主一同看上了，说买就买了。结语波浪板真的很美 还有一面柜子链接电视背景显空间超大，还有就是业主的配合与支持，相互的成就
