高级灰的主色调大气而简练，暖木色的融入让空间多了几分温暖的韵味；不多的色彩能让人从中获得宁静，不同明度的色块变化则让空间更显生动。
过道里墙体与房门选用原木作一体式表现，暖黄的灯光下传达出温暖的感觉；连接休息区与餐厅的隐形推拉门，起到动、静分区的作用。
阳光穿过百叶窗跳进屋子里，享受自然光带来的通透感。
原家务间移至阳台，给餐厅留出更多可利用空间，于是我们在整体布局上增设了西厨区与窗边吧台，为日常生活增添一点小情调。 白色圆角方形餐桌，搭配舒适的黑色皮艺餐椅，让用餐时光更显温馨。
拉开窗帘来到弧形阳台上，在这里晒晒太阳，吹吹暖风，将屋外美景尽收眼底。
开放式的空间，光线充足；拉上窗帘，慵懒地躺在沙发上，卸去一天的疲倦，为生活找一个恬淡而温馨的理由，让心灵在喧嚣之外澄净明澈。 立于墙角的绿植，为黑白灰的色调里增添一抹生机。阳光洒落，树影斑驳，静静地感受生命的气息。
将功能与美学结合，空间的每一处细节都是匠心的考量。 沉稳优雅的黑白灰、温润的木色与香槟色交织，内嵌式设计的电视背景以及储物柜，以不同色彩材质的碰撞，丰富空间视觉表现，凸显生活品质。
每一处细节的斟酌都会带来质感的回馈。白色岩板底部拼接通透的亚克力材质，虚与实的对比，让入户显得简约却不简单。
改造布局图 改造亮点 ① 玄关半隔断设计，起到遮挡的作用，一定程度上保持居家空间私密性； ② 餐厅、多功能房位置调换，动线更便捷； ③ 主卧衣帽间阳台、儿童房阳台空间纳入室内，整洁干净，利用率也更高。
