设计理念阐述：项目在山西声忻州市，业主30岁，该空间设计面积为240㎡，其中包含：客厅、餐厅、厨房、主卧、儿童房、老人房、次卧等多个主要空间。在设计的表达上，以轻奢为主要设计理念，结合每个空间不同的功能需求，让业主进入每个空间中，都有着空间表述上的统一性与个性。住宅空间的表现在于形及体块组成的表述，空间原有力的扩张与形体之间的联系，组成住宅空间效果性与实用性的合力表达。直线感是空间主体的表现方式，在于客餐厅的呈现上，以横纵为主体的穿插，通过用硬包的皮质表现形式，来突出空间的素雅，米白与浅咖的碰撞，划分出主体空间的表现，金属的穿插，让空间有不同方向的张力，直中带曲，使空间温暖起来。饰品的搭配，跳出了原有空间的小浪漫，蝴蝶吊灯与俏皮的雕塑在空间中，既有共性也有特性。在餐厅墙面设计上，凹凸的搭配，一方面可以使平整的空间多了穿插力，另一方面也可以将地暖、强弱电盒子影藏在其中。在厨房的设计上，以开放式厨房来贯穿在整个空间的体系上，以中度灰来体现厨房的稳重与舒适。在客厅、餐厅、厨房连接的其他空间上，以隐形门连接老人房，以移门连接棋牌室。在主卧的设计上，以轻奢贯穿空间，以高低次序感，让空间更加立体，将阳台与主卧贯穿，阳台变成主卧的附属休息放松的空间，坐在沙发上，看着书，眺望着远处的摩天轮，动静结合，感受岁月的安好。主卧衣柜以浅灰与黑玻结合，与主卧调性相统一，既可以日常收纳，也可以将空间更好的利用起来，虚实结合，贯穿整个空间。儿童房以蓝色、橙色、粉色为主体色调，这样的色彩配置，可以使儿童房更具有童年气质，公主床与半圆背景墙及抽象吊灯的搭配，让空间童趣十足，给业主的孩子们塑造一个梦话有趣的童年。老人房以浅灰色调为主，这样中性的色彩可以让老人居住起来感觉更舒适，橙色的床头柜与休闲椅的搭配，以跳色来表现空间的状态，使空间在居住中更舒适。次卧的主要用途是前期客人入住，后期小朋友长大以后有独立的生活学习空间，色彩搭配上以灰色、橙色结合，在设计上将书桌书柜与衣柜结合，满足功能性的情况下，也使用空间更具有视觉上的审美表达。设计费8w，设计成本3w，空间材料使用环保且健康，整体空间在设计上我们更多的考虑使用功能与业主要求的审美高度的表达，追求居住空间的使用舒适度与个性，让业主回家感受空间设计带来的舒适度，是我们设计师做设计的奋斗目标。
