公共空间将原三房改以两房呈现，并舍去客、餐厅的隔间墙予以公领域及主卧宽敞自在的空间。
电视主墙利用泼墨山水纹理石材铺叙电视墙，以长条切割拼花手法创造艺术气息，并腾出部分空间延续玄关的青绿色彩，自然生动。
采光机能开放设计赋予公领域绝佳的采光条件，设计师古振宏特意选用风琴帘，方便屋主调节日光与室内温度。
几何元素几何造型由玄关延续至卧房门片，简约线条搭佐跳色手法，活泼场域的视觉感受。
餐厅背墙取清玻、铁件、层板、灯光为展示区规划不规则平台，下方则选以线板表现优雅柔和的面貌，形塑刚柔并济的意象。
餐厅子境设计于餐厅摆设木质长桌搭佐蓝绿色座椅，为用餐空间营造简约温馨感受。
厨房廊道于厨房入口处设计双面柜体，两侧皆有丰富多元的收纳机能，左侧柜体更巧妙阻挡了入门直视客厅的视线，一举数得。
主卧主墙以特殊涂料表现清水模质感，中段采镂空设计结合间接光投射，顺势延伸展示平台，期望于简约陈设中找回生活的初心。
床边柜内嵌式床边柜选以亮橘色皮革为基底，搭佐聚光灯照映焦点，烘托艺品精致质感。
收纳空间采系统柜安排主卧的储物空间，柜体采挑高至顶设计，满足男女主人的衣物收纳需求，利落大方。
场域界定以灰玻、铁件划分卧眠区与更衣空间，利用穿透性建材保留视觉延伸之效，侧边柜体则以柜体、玻璃层板创造独树一帜的藏书区。
