客厅窗边设置一排卧榻，扩大沙发区的范围，让来访亲友都能享受一段舒适的畅聊时光。
电视墙古振宏设计师以仿板岩的特殊涂料为基底，搭配几何线条与灯带修饰，营造轻盈视觉的个性时尚感。
拉门设计天花利用斜角修饰梁体，并顺势将拉门轨道嵌进木作造型内，使梁体化身为设计一角也不显突兀。
餐厅将原建商设置的中岛转向，让餐厅能更往内靠，不至影响拉门的开阖动线，也预留宽裕的行走空间。
工业元素以铁件和木作营造出工业感，靠楼梯侧的餐椅则选用板凳，既满足屋主喜好，也让生活动线更为顺畅。
柜体设计将展示与收纳整合为一，展示区以几何层板搭配木色造型壁面，在一片深灰中，营造出质朴的沉稳调性。
楼梯间楼梯下方为冰箱与女主人的红酒收藏区，而餐厨区的玻璃隔间则为屋主希冀，避免厨房油烟飘散至其他空间。
主卧房延续现代简约元素，窗光随着百叶落地窗轻洒而入，围塑惬意纾压的寝眠环境。
床头主墙特调灰色壁面搭配斜拼木皮，在宁静空间中抹上一笔活泼的轻松写意。
男主人更衣室由外阳台规划的更衣室，以建筑外墙的花岗岩为壁面，并以玻璃天花隔绝室外风雨。
女主人更衣室利用线板打造女主人喜欢的白色与古典风格，并沿着壁面安排大容量的衣柜，与精品包的展示收纳空间。
