机能介质大门旁特制一座底部打光的悬空格栅高鞋柜，一方面可以当作屏风区隔里外、引导动线，格栅间同时预留通风口，设想十分周到。
风华四季和风茶室正对的大窗外即是自家庭园，随着季节变化的景致就像一幅活的画作，为空间注入无限机趣。
禅雅韵味周建志设计师在茶室靠墙的位置打造一列展示柜，背墙以健康硅藻土涂装极具质感，柜内则摆设屋主多件小品收藏。
加大面宽二楼客厅电视墙位置，原有建筑本身的隔墙凹陷与突出柱体，春雨时尚空间设计团队利用前移、横向延展的大理石墙体一并整合，进而放大客厅的空间感。
型机能轴二楼电梯出口设置一座轻盈铁件屏风适度阻隔视线。客厅与餐厅厨房三者间以Ｌ型机能轴线串联，共享最佳的采光面。
格栅定位介于客厅与开放厨房之间的餐厅区，由于上方有横梁经过，因此周建志设计师善用倒Ｌ型的深木格栅造型来辅助餐桌定位。
阳光厨房明亮且宽敞的厨房以白色厨具、中岛搭配灰色烤玻墙面，创造人性化工作动线与丰富互动情趣。
主卧室利用起伏有致的分区天花板造型，配合灯光营造仰角视线的层次变化，同时巧妙消弭横梁压迫。
男孩房一进门处先规划浴室与更衣间等机能区块，经过短屏风后才进入阅读、睡眠区，两进式的设计兼顾私密与体贴。
女孩房以活泼鹅黄色为基调，床头上方的天花板斜向处理，转移原始横梁的压迫感，床尾视听墙的木质造型连同更衣室入口门一并整合。
