客厅以现代时尚为主轴的风格取向，透过黑白色彩俐落表现，而电视主墙以大地色泽为底，并分别在上下方嵌入灯光，成为空间的视觉焦点。
天花造型以圆弧波浪造型修饰既有梁柱，并带入黑色灯沟设计提升整体时尚感。
黑白语汇由玄关屏风延伸至左侧吊柜，周建志设计师透过不规则几何造型与黑白色系的对比，兼具机能面的同时，也展现出俐落的时尚美学。
机能界定以开放通透为诉求的公领域规划，舍弃制式的实墙隔间，改以半高矮柜界定客、餐厅机能，同时满足餐厅的收纳需求。
餐厅主墙作为餐厅与厨房的隔间，餐厅主墙以绷布搭配镜面的直线交错，让立面化为空间的时尚风景。
海量收纳为保有空间感的敞朗开阔，周建志设计以隐藏门设计，在连贯一致的墙面中藏入海量收纳。
书房考量屋主日夜颠倒的工作型态，书房除了规划大容量收纳，亦置入烤漆玻璃墙面，让家人得以在此留言，屋主也能随手记下工作事物。
主卧房有别于公领域的个性风貌，主卧房以沉稳的大地色调，铺叙一室的休闲调性。
女孩房(二)素雅的色调围塑空间宁静氛围，床侧的腰板设计让睡眠时刻更为安定。
更衣室位在床头后方的更衣空间，以开放、封闭的柜体形式，打造出能放置大量衣物的收纳量体，并兼有女主人梳妆的专属角落。
女孩房(一)以简约为主轴，纳进高柜、吊柜、侧边柜等多元收纳形式，打造机能满满的实用空间。
