型厨房蔡睿谊设计师特别将餐桌结合长形人造石包覆中岛，拉长视觉空间感受，深浅木皮色壁面寄寓完备收纳机能，创造空间利用的多重可能。
孝亲卧房孝亲房隐藏式活动双人床活化空间可能，床头壁面和收纳层板设置确保衣物收纳机能，五金配置油压的设计增加操作便利性，机能一应俱全。
休闲卧榻窗边配置卧榻设计让增添休闲情致，让屋主可以随时怡情养神，下方配置开放式收纳，确保简洁大方视感。
螺旋楼梯楼梯开口位置螺旋的弧度、角度，以及每个踏板间的距离和宽度都经过精密计算，让空间效益发挥到最大，同时也不忘体贴屋主行走的舒适度。
夜间灯带楼梯口地板特别配置一圈优雅灯带，除了可当作夜间照明使用，同时也提升空间的立体层次，成为串联上下层楼的活泼转场。
斜屋天花楼上卧房采光窗的部分天花采斜角造型设计，应和既有斜屋顶天花，隔间也经过天花高度细致拿捏，围塑出合宜舒适的活动场域。
分层规划因应天花极大高低落差，设计师利用间接照明减低天花的压迫感，并考量墙面中段的梁，收纳分成上下两层做规划。
