餐厅由于家庭成员已成年，屋主也少有下厨习惯，设计以开放式餐厅呈现，深色木纹铁件餐桌搭配白色餐桌椅的不成套组合，俨然成为空间亮点，跳脱深色家具带来沉重印象。
客厅从餐桌即可望向另一公共空间——客厅，利用自然光线的明亮特色，诠释屋内的舒适与清新氛围。
电视墙以冷色调银霞大理石为材装饰电视墙，正好与一旁暖色木纹柜体和木地板相衬，形成空间中的大胆对比。
书房谢松谚设计师将原本四房屋宅改为三房，利用空间增设开放性书房以及卧榻。让藏书丰富的女屋主也能在窗边享有一抹静谧。
利用设计强调空间互动性为了增加家人间的情感连结，设计扩大公共空间，除了让空间相互呼应，家人之间不论在任何一处也能自然互动。
红酒柜中岛下方的红酒柜内部也以银霞大理石为材拼贴搭饰，除了在木纹空间中创造亮点，也与相同材质的电视墙呼应。
制造空间通透感在收纳和美感之间，“一水一木设计工作室”以铁件开放层柜代替一般收纳柜体，创造出会呼吸的空间。
主卧主卧依屋主喜爱以深色花纹壁纸为床头装饰，搭上画龙点睛的金色桌灯后，成为舒眠空间亮点。
主卧贴心设计谢松谚设计师细心规划吊柜及矮柜中段留出置物展示区，使屋主即使在床上休憩也能轻松伸手从柜子拿取所需之物。
卧房一在空间不大的卧房，尽量以减法哲学贯穿设计，以木皮为材包覆床头柜与窗户周围为设计，既呼应木纹地坪，也在空间绘出极简线条。
卧房二把握极简原则，“一水一木设计工作室”除了在空间有限的卧房建构基本柜体，也注意到使用者爱好公仔的心，留下开放展示空间，达到实用机能也为空间增添变化。
