开放式设计客餐空间透过木格栅连成一气，而天花大梁也借由折线造型虚化量体，使整体呈现连绵温润的慵懒氛围。
机能角落由于本案为度假使用，因此舍弃电视墙配置，改以弹性平台设计，可作为书房之余，装设布幕也可变身家庭剧院。
餐厨区厨房以大理石围塑外墙，并以入口的大理石吧台作为过渡，向外连结木质餐桌，串起客餐厨三大领域的低奢情调。
主卧房京彩设计利用灰色绷布打造床头主墙，规则的线条搭配一旁大理石花纹，调和出饭店般的精致质感。
收纳规划以铁件及玻璃打造的展示柜，呈现简练风格，而梳妆台区同样以铁件吊柜装饰，一旁木质收纳柜则补充其余收纳所需。
次卧房（一）深蓝色床头背墙同样以直线铺叙，搭配左侧的灯带画龙点睛，为沉稳的色调提亮，让空间不显沉闷单调。
空间利用王立峥设计师于窗边规划连贯的桌面、柜体，搭配吊架以及吊柜，让小空间也能有多样化的收纳方式。
次卧房（二）木纹、石纹共同铺陈的主墙，借由铁件勾勒线条，为纹理间流露的自然氛围中，挹注现代的简洁俐落。
温润氛围百叶窗为空间增添悠闲之感，而墙面、地坪以及柜体的木纹，也使悠闲中散发自然温润，营造满分的度假环境。
