开放式厨房传统的封闭式厨房不仅因格局变动而开阔，钢刷木皮的纹理及灰蓝中岛，搭配一组浅色的木质餐桌丰富了餐厨区域的视觉层次。
开阔视野开放式的公共区域中从中岛、餐桌到书桌几乎等高的设计创造舒适的视觉效果，铁件打造的吊柜凸显轻盈感，营造小坪数宽敞的生活空间。
畸零空间运用禾熙室内装修设计重塑格局让老屋拥有更多利用的空间，在采光绝佳的区域规划出开放书房。
设计层次感从书桌出发，下方木作电视柜和铁片书架一路延伸至电视墙，切面造型增加置物空间，而线条的延伸则丰富了主墙的层次。
电视墙设计清水模主题的电视墙延伸至天花板的粗梁以及书房的立面，墙上没有多余的缀饰，而是运用材质的延伸强化主墙造型，更提供实用性。
色彩计划以清水模灰与原木棕色为基调，传统的全白空间因为色彩的布局显得立体而活泼，添加入的灰蓝色谱出工业风的蓝调艺术。
动线规划重新规划后的格局保持中央的一字型走道通畅，特别以边几取代传统茶几，同样能达到置物效果但灵活性却更出色。
客厅端景为了弱化门把的存在感，谢张志昇与林宗仪设计师干脆将白色门把串连设计成意象画框，赋予端景更多想像空间。
主卧房受到坪数的限制，设计师将衣柜的天地设计成镜面，利用反射原理放大空间，亦避开睡觉时直接映照，保有睡眠时的安稳调性。
床头灯由上而下悬吊式的床头灯刻意降低高度，让光源照明更贴近屋主的使用视角，向下发散的光源也更为柔和。
床头柜相较于一般附有抽屉置物的床头柜，仅用铁片打造的置物平台轻盈优雅，并且能使整体空间增加设计感。
卫浴设备调动马桶与洗手台的位置，并打造一面可旋转式浴镜提供多角度使用外，更方便屋主清洗后方气窗。淋浴间选用意大利特殊涂料，可避免磁砖缝卡脏污水垢，保持清洁更便利。
