餐桌风景餐厅与客厅相毗连的开放式平面虽常见于当代住家的格局配置，但本案餐厅更像是住家的核心枢纽。
沉邃之美廊道一侧的独立厨房有着完备的烹饪机能，材料与系统厨具在黑灰演绎下，与公共空间的水泥调性相配衬。
小隐书房谢张志昇与林宗仪设计师临着窗光配置了一处独立的阅读与工作空间，其位于屋子底处，有着静僻的空间味道。
对称之美主卧房中以梳妆台为中线，将浴厕和更衣间采左右对称的格局做配置，不仅有效运用坪数，亦流露对称之美。
清雅韵致相对公共区域大面积采用水泥，卧房提升木头的应用，再以一道水泥纹路的床背墙装饰呼应主题语汇，味道澹雅。
简单为美次卧房面积不大，设计专注在实质的机能分配，将空间底墙与家具量体处理得简简单单。
主卧卫浴主卧卫浴虽不以水泥基调构成，但延续素白的衬底与局部木头元素，慎取材料元素下让住家呈现出整体感。
斜墙成景客厕设计不刻意将斜墙以柜体型态包覆，而能依循其轮廓走势将空间作出合理的配置，强烈线条俨如艺术雕塑。
