玄关空间由楼层梯厅入主屋后，张静峰设计师利用一道柜体形成屏风般的遮隐效果，以此围塑出玄关。
豁亮空间依著屋子长窗，由前至后陆续配置了客厅、餐厅以及书房，让各处皆能享受丰沛日光的霑溉。
紧密互动由公共空间廊道瞻看整个大平面，分区与分区间毫无隔墙阻断，不仅大幅提升视野穿透感，也提高了互动性。
开放书房比沙列室内装修设计舍弃了独立书房空间，将之从墙内解放出来而能与整个环境互动，韵味明朗。
隐藏门片为了不让客厕形成突兀的视觉感，设计用延续性材料将整个立面及门片齐一处理，使之仿佛盒体存在。
吧台空间与客厅毗邻的吧台区利用黑色大理石营造出一种低调奢华与沉邃的韵味，有效定义出此分区。
独立厨房朝中岛吧台区向内走便是独立的厨房，里头机能足以承载料理工作。
温雅意境在木材料的幂覆下，主卧房显得格外素朴温雅，屋主所寻求的人文空间感也由此得到实践。
主卧一隅随着隐藏式门片拉开，充裕的收纳空间蓦然而现，运用统一的木质材质铺陈的设计手法让空间画面显得干净。
独立更衣间主卧房的内门之后为独立更衣间，除了配置了梳化功能，这处也是通往主卧卫浴的入口。
次卧一本案每处卧房皆有开窗，尺度虽然不大，设计却善用每处隅角创造机能性，并使自然光绵密穿透。
次卧二为了调控光线并整合零碎的窗型，设计将床背板内缩并搭配活动式门片，随需求隐藏气窗或引入光线。
