开放式餐厨区考量空间不足的限制，以半开放式的吧台区搭配电器柜，打造出简单却具机能性的餐厅区。
弹性隔间材料汤镇安设计师运用卷帘与木片拉门做出餐厨空间的区分，提供餐厨空间具有弹性与开阔的视野。
滑门形塑空间弹性沙发背墙后方的多功能房，以木质滑门作为空间的隔间，兼顾了空间的穿透性与私密性。
实用多功能房汤镇安设计师为屋主规划了一间多功能房，内含书桌与书柜，同时配置了单人卧铺，可作为书房与孝亲房使用。
通透视野规划少了实墙的封闭感，透过滑门设计作为书房隔间门板，保有客厅与书房之间连结与互动性。
卧室考量卧室空间有限，汤镇安设计师除了设置弧型的梳妆台外，也在窗下规划一整排拉门式的收纳柜，满足屋主梳妆与收纳的需求。
