以简约造型柜为端景，左侧以镜面材质作为鞋柜的柜门，搭配柜体悬浮设计，使玄关空间有放大感，地坪则使用黑色石材区隔出来。
整体空间以恬淡色系为主，透过木、石等异材质搭配，营造丰富的空间层次，平衡场域人文质感。
利用铁件为支撑，结合大理石材，温润之中增添大气质感，半高及悬浮设计，即使作为场域的界线也不产生压迫感，让空间更具通透感，也消弭了石材的重量。
屋主期待空间呈现温润感受，故设计师以木质感的建材，及较温暖的米色系来铺陈，并将此风格延续至整个公领域。
各场域间没有设置隔间墙，增进全家的情感交流，通透的光影亦使得视觉空间更宽敞。
以玻璃作隔间墙，加强与客餐厅间的连结，悬浮与灯光设计，增添空间的轻盈感。贴心斜角设计，不但视觉上更温润美观，也照顾了屋主的安全。
妥善利用廊道空间，设置茶水柜，层板搭配间接照明，让柜体更具层次感。下层则为收纳柜，充分规划收纳机能。
用餐空间以中岛和岛桌的形式呈现，中岛上设置电陶炉，可在此处烹煮简易料理。而天花板设计为椭圆造型，柔化方正格局中的线条，同时虚化此处的梁。
暖木色的类古典线板雕琢高雅品味，形塑大气庄重氛围。而圆型天花呼应餐厅的设计，在私领域中挹注一丝柔软气息。
因床头的后方有梁，张德良设计师设计矮柜，以闪避梁所带来的风水问题及压迫感，同时提升了床头的置物机能。
以茶玻为界线，区隔出独立的衣帽空间，通透的建材放大空间的视觉效果，舒压宽敞的感受，得到最高的睡眠品质。
大面窗的设计替主卧室增添采光，同时引进窗外美景。阳台区也设置桌椅，是放松、休憩的最佳场域。
