开阔的公领域，以具手作质感的灰阶艺术涂料刷饰柜门，为空间增添温润质朴肌理。
餐厅壁柜规划了充足收纳机能，无把手设计更赋予干净立面表现；沙发后侧则采石材、木材与皮革等异材质拼接矮柜，同样提供满满储物的机能。
开放式的厨房空间，黑白灰矽钢石台面拼接实木板打造的中岛吧台，搭配玻璃酒柜，提供屋主一处欢聚小酌的小天地。
重整主卧床头壁面，赋予空间安定的主墙调性，勾勒木作线性设计语汇，巧妙隐藏床头原有两扇采光窗，保留空间维护修缮需求。
家中处处皆有景，陈元旻设计师保留主卧空间侧墙的完整性，一幅挂画就能形塑端景墙的艺趣。
长虹玻璃搭配黑色铁件框构出主卧卫浴门，透光不透影的特性，增添过道空间的明亮感。
重整更衣空间，规划了ㄇ字型开放展示衣柜，完整保留结构原有落地采光，收纳完整又不显局促，展现美型设计。
立面刷以浅灰色调映衬自然采光，描绘清爽、静谧的寝卧感受。
床头背墙铺涂质朴特殊漆，延续空间一致调性，营造舒眠氛围。
