沙发背墙一方面运用百叶掩饰客厅窗户高低不一，同时营造美式氛围，也作为客厅沙发背墙，精准测量收起后与柜面一致，不影响美观。
行动书房格局上客厅合并原有书房的位置，改设计柜体的一部分作为书桌，配好网络电路设备，满足男主人使用笔电的需求。
流畅动线电视以不锈钢铁柱支撑，设计成客餐厅都能观看的转动模式，没有电视墙动线流畅、空间敞亮，没有隔阂。
素雅主卧运用壁纸铺叙出素雅、恬静，引入公领域相同的蓝，交织卧室沉稳的睡眠氛围。
更衣室与卫浴隐藏门片隔出格局的方正，更衣室与卫浴之间没有门片，改采玻璃阻隔水蒸气，预防更衣室产生湿气。
儿子房注入灰色与百叶窗片，给予喜爱美式风并已成年的屋主儿子多些阳刚、个性元素。
书房空间将原格局两间小坪数卧房合并，规划书房空间，保有隐私、静心作业。
休闲一角放上舒适单椅、摆上阅读灯，沉浸文字世界，或打开百叶欣赏景色，创造专属的独处时刻。
