改造方案：户型空间比较大，本方案将原始的户型一分为二，采用中西一体化的社交厨房设计， 中厨封闭避免中式烹饪中的油烟对整体环境的影响，同时根据中式烹饪需要进行布局安排和收纳空间设计；西厨开放，岛台与内嵌厨电的高柜形成西餐烹饪区域，方便主人与客人一起动手制作美食，时尚的吧台可供随时随地的享用美食与饮品，同时也可以满足一家人的日常使用。中西合璧，内外共融，现代社交生活在厨房里也同样可以兼顾。
