本案业主对生活品位有比较高的追求。在谈到设计需求时，他倾向于一些质感特别强的家私，在形状上比较喜欢圆弧形的感觉，整体空间要大气、简洁并搭配一些智能化家居设计。设计师在接手这个项目后，以现代中式为基调，摒弃多余的造型和装饰，以简净的语汇、米灰色的低调温馨、品质承袭的家具软饰，拉近空间与生活的距离，打造一个美学体验与生活温度无间交融的居住空间。
本项目是一个515m2的江景大平层，设计中利用借景的手法，通过大幅落地窗引入江景和自然光线，效果图以“所见即所得”的理念为核心，实现100%的实景还原，让客户拥有真正希冀的、美好的、丰盛的私享生活空间。
本项目设计费40万，设计成本约500万元，项目中所运用到的涂料均为环保型艺术涂料，其他建材都是按照国家标准来严格执行。同时设计中加入新风系统净化空气，智能家居系统提升家居安全性、便利性、舒适性、艺术性,并实现环保节能的居住体验。同时安装环保健康的地暖和水暖系统，满足客户的基本需求。
