业主一家三代同堂，对于家的感觉，他们希望是回归到生活的本真，不用太多的矫饰，慢慢从空间中捕捉到家庭生活的温馨日常。所以对于家的设计，他们想要简约温馨的感觉，同时要有足够的收纳空间，而且孩子也要有一个学习玩乐的空间，整体来说，业主想要的是一个审美与实用功能兼具的轻享生活空间。
本项目坐落于一个外观装饰陈旧的别墅区，室内的设计摒弃了原来业主略显过时的装饰，让房子回到毛坯状态。设计灵感源自海水，海水在一天中不同时间段中，在阳光的照射下显现出不同程度的蓝色，于是设计围绕不同程度的蓝，并融入沁水粉，樱草黄，月光灰等低饱和度的色彩，营造柔美静宁的空间氛围。在效果图的设计上，每个主要空间都有呈现，与后期的项目实景对比，实现了所见即所得的落地效果。
项目设计费50万，花费成本总共550万元，所有成本均在业主预算成本之内，同时又很好地实现了必要的功能需求。项目从施工到后期的软饰进场，考虑实用性同时也关注能源环保问题，智能系统、新风系统、净水系统等节能环保又健康的设计需求，都充分体现在设计中。
