本案业主很早之前就有关注我们的作品，购置新房后第一时间就找到我们做设计。业主希望自己的家更倾向于宜居型的，希望能在空间中感受到自然质朴的生活气息。设计以新中式为基调，以米色和木色作为空间的主色，营造干净自然的氛围，结合智能家居系统与品质工艺，实现定制化的生活场景，令居者感受到生活是指向幸福的体验。
本案在设计之前处于毛坯状态，空间大体格局没有改变。为了营造自然静雅的氛围，设计上采用了大量的木饰面造型，空间显得敞阔与柔和。效果图设计始终贯彻所见即所得的设计理念，将每一个细节都尽量去还原到实景中。
本项目设计费约32万，设计成本大约300万左右，所有选材均在国家环保范围标准内，同时在空间的使用上也做到了百变性。
