本案为北京奥北别墅区的上城郡别墅，合院式别墅限于楼间距的定性条件，一楼的采光并不算充足，三代同堂，四室的房子刚刚好满足业主需求，但独立的书房和客房的选择上略有纠结，男业主想要兼得。一层原始入户门厅略显拥挤，一层两个卫生间功能上有些许重复，没有独立收纳的储物空间是房子的缺点。设计围绕业主生活需求，从格局上把房子的功能优化，在控制业主整体预算的同时，简约的造型和简约的色彩在空间设计上，将“点”“线”“面”相互结合，强调色彩美观的同时与功能生活共存,在追求奢华精致的同时又不失优雅，浪漫而灵动。私宅设计，本案的设计在以业主沟通后，业主想把原有一部大分旧的家私融入到新家当中去，在相对有限的预算下300 平米宽墅 60 万变身 150 万精品墅，好的设计或许不单满足视觉的冲击力，更多的应是注重生活本身应有的本质。
玄关的设计在满足美观的设计感的同时将其功能性发挥到极致，入户墙面的穿衣镜以及挂衣区的设计满足了需求的同时，与对面墙上的造型线形成呼应。玄关弧形造型的设计在满足设计美观的同时，使原始的下水管道得到遮挡。顶面暗藏侧反光灯带的设计在刚入户的门厅区域照亮了前方，指引着方向，叠级的顶面线条来凸显整个空间的层次感。
客餐厅的设计并没有做刻意的分割，顶面与地面统一一体化设计，色调尽可能保留白色基调，来弥补原始户型采光并不充足的缺陷。罗马帘的设计在使用上也得到很大的便利性。电视墙两侧装饰灯具打破常规，一侧设计下垂式吊灯，另一侧设计落地灯。一方照耀今日的光辉，一方托起明天的太阳。高踢脚线的设计也打破常规。
我愿深地扎入生活，吮尽生活的骨髓，过得扎实简单，把一切不属于生活的内容，剔除的干净利落...主卧的设计以简单的石膏线条与床头背景相呼应，独立又相近，石膏花线的柔美，配合顶面有力的直线叠级，干净的色彩配合简约的灯光是整个空间写意并踏实。
儿童房设计以简约留白为主，随着男孩子的长大，留给小朋友为空间 DIY 创作无限的可能性。
书房该多功能空间的设计满足临时客房的需求的功能的同时，更多的时候是爱读书爱喝茶的男业主的私密空间，整个空间无论从造型还是色彩上，均表达的沉稳与冷静。
