“掌控与自由”是本案的设计主线。本案是由是40岁出头爱打高尔夫事业有成的个性业主，与而立之后更加热爱生活的设计师，在好感与信任的基础上，共同创造的一个沉稳大气中透着活泼与明朗的作品。
本案紧邻环太湖湿地生态博览园东端，南面太湖，距湖岸线仅500米，考虑到与周边环境的呼应，在室内美式风格的基础上，加入中式禅意生活元素。
考虑风格及周边环境的因素，在选材没有追求过度的奢华，墙面以木为主，体现居住者功成名就后对人生的掌控和对生活的理解，自由才是最棒的掌控全局。
空间布局建立在两套联排别墅打通后的基础上，充分利用自然采光将空间的互动更加紧密。
在功能布局上满足业主掌控全局的人生态度，在具体细节上又顾虑到他浪漫随性的生活习惯。
餐厅与厨房紧邻庭院，居住者可以在自然中享受最惬意的家庭休闲时光；灯光的处理透漏设计师细腻的小心机，以分散而柔和的光线呼应每一个空间，让深色系的木饰面也变得活泼而俏皮，生活的温度跃然而出。
