设计方案立意：
房屋位置坐落在河畔旁，环境优美，整个空间设计简洁干练，毫不冗余。设计希望给到业主在忙碌了一天之后,回到家里,可以享受那份简单与宁静的生活
空间的整体色调决定了空间的氛围，无论是书房还是室内空间的一个角落，使用白色，灰色等低饱和度的颜色与木质家具相呼应，使水泥墙面特有的气质和肌理充分展现，抛弃无用的装饰，用射灯代替主光源，搭配简约家居呈现出侘寂般极简美学
技术层面的特殊考虑和做法：
入户处一整面墙都是剔透的玻璃砖，原本玄关位置朝西方向和对面邻居家离的特别近，除了隐私也有西晒的问题，为了保证隐私性和光线，把玻璃砖作为过渡光线，也具有保温隔热的功能。
设计在电视背景墙的门板立面上做了一些小心思，整体定制的门板故意做了厚板和薄板，凹凸的几何造型，打破定制柜的沉闷，根据“二八原则”，左边做镂空＋玻璃门板做展示空间，右边采用4公分的凹凸门板，在材质之间加上一些层级光线，会显得立面很有意思
原本客厅是单向采光，设计将空间整合为LDK一体化结构，尽量的加长了空间的纵深感，LDK即：客厅living room, 餐厅dining room, 厨房kitchen，通过空间设计使餐厨更加紧密，创造新的生活方式
客厅吊顶用几何形态来划分区域，加入灯带凸显层次，客厅没有设计主光源，使用嵌入式射灯，配合调光更有氛围
层高原因原本楼梯间狭长黑暗，加入与客厅电视背景墙门板相同的凸凹石板，暗藏灯带做为灯光的补充，给楼梯也增添了一丝仪式感
双厨房满足不同的就餐需要，西厨区域有相对独立的会客空间
