户型图 天系赛道D215户型 人们对家的营造在满足使用的前提下，也趋向构筑起情感的依托。居所环境反映内心秩序，居者的风格就是家的风格。为充分利用空间将电梯间改为外门厅，在装饰消防栓的同时顺势与鞋柜融为一体。入户玄关的原始结构较为狭长，所以将近头处设为鞋帽间及储藏室，运用墙板及隐藏门形成一个完整的整体，将原结构的客房改成书房及琴房，这里是全家学习、亲子游戏的空间。客厅旁设置了茶室，既是家庭聚会也是三五好友小聚之处。在餐厅中增加了西厨空间已补充中厨的储物空间及烘焙等功能。男孩房以漫威为主题，童趣浓郁的高低床，及衣橱、玩具收纳和睡眠于一体。女孩房以“春”为主题，凸显朝气蓬勃的氛围。主卧以舒适简洁主导，致力于完善收纳功能。整体软装以简洁、低奢为主，穿插东方传统人文艺术品，营造出简洁、贵气、又极具文化内涵的空间。
