负一层平面布局 所有新生的切入点，以“宅”为核心，以空间的“打破”与“建立”为设计手法。打破的切入点，便是改造前的痛点。房高偏低、客餐厅采光不足、局部空间潮湿严重、隔音差、空间浪费及收纳空间严重不足的一系列问题也随业主儿女的成长，更需要独立生活学习的空间而提上日程。 颠覆式地打破局部空间布局，将通往负一层的楼梯位置移动，改变了楼梯处及晾衣位置动线，将三室变四室。拆除原地面对层高做出释放。打掉入户处原始隔墙，以餐厅收纳及酒柜展示代替，并在入户处规划出超强收纳及女主人独立衣帽间更为方便日常使用。 下沉式庭院是先生的心头好，负一层之前一直被荒废闲置。改造后我们依次整合为休闲庭院、过季收纳、茶室、街机、钢琴室。那个因潮湿发霉而被遗弃的地下空间得到了充分的利用，也成了家里亲子娱乐的重要区域。 空间布局之重新“构建”，不仅仅在于其功能的改变，更创建了空间与人的关系，新的生活习惯与理想。型格的新生、设计的重建，将居住其中的人之型格，通过日常动线和艺术形态的展现，一一贯穿于其中。材质、颜色的斟酌及软装内容的介入，让生活独自精彩，不再千人一面。自我认知的新生，每一位家庭成员的需求和那些曾潜藏于内心的理想生活，在重建中得以成真。男主人的热爱，女主人的钟情，孩子的未来，都被各自找到，释放为空间形式，延伸出生活形态，与心灵达成契合。 宅之新生的意义，更在于简洁的表达，奠定了多种可能性的未完待续，生活场景不再割裂，热爱元素拒绝单一。
