挑空区域，采用的是超白钢化玻璃扶手，让空间有较好的空间通透性。
利用原有的墙上梁的缺陷，通过设计做成反光灯槽方便，起夜照明，尊重并保留原建筑本身缺陷让其做到室内里面。
厨房收纳
黑色柜体与铜色不锈钢，二种材质质感的搭配让空间凸显品质感。也让厨房区域通过材质划分出来
书桌一角
枝干略微伸出，让餐桌不在只是就餐，也可以成为看书办公的书房。
沙发近景一张，沙发看似很丑，但是做起来很舒服。是法国著名现代家具公司Ligne Roset在1972年推出的TOGO 。
业主特别喜欢购买书籍，之前一直在出租房，没有很好的位置给“它们”安置，现在搬到新房，就再也不担心它们没地方放了，未来的日子房屋主人还将会继续填满这个书架。
从夹层俯瞰楼梯，整个空间非常干净清爽，地台设计不仅仅是起到楼梯踏步的作用，同时也可以替代沙发的作用，自己躺在上面/坐在上面 让人悠闲自得。
这张图片比较完整的看清全屋空间格局，由于空间比较通透，她家采光，也非常充裕，拍照当天是阴雨天所不能拍下阳光撒在室内的美好的画面。
书架:高5米✘宽3米，通过白色的轨道滑梯来方便拿取书籍，卡座设计一直贯穿整体空间，串联着每一块区域。户型层高有5米多，规划出一片挑空区来，即便每一层仅2.4米，也不会觉得压抑。#挑高 #挑高公寓 #卡座 #餐厅 #卧室 #客厅 #楼梯 #现代 #北欧
客厅俯视
屋主对新家几大需求: ①虽然空间有限，但还是希望尽量空一点，不喜欢把家塞满，多给人留下呼吸的空间； ②希望有自己独立的工作+学习的区域； ③无论色调，还是陈设，希望尽可能的统一，整体效果简洁、干净、有秩序、有质感； ④色调上倾向于黑白灰，但又不希望氛围过于压抑； ⑤自然采光不好，光线不均匀，希望设计师可以利用室内灯光设计弥补（很重视灯光设计）； ⑥希望有相对独立的衣帽间，方便衣物的收纳归类； ⑦弱化厨房功能，平时以简餐为主； ⑧有相对独立的喝茶区域，单独的茶水台，茶水台下方放置净水机； ⑨卫生间干湿分离，最好可以将洗漱台独立出来，避免家庭早高峰； ⑩挑空的客厅，让家更有立体感； ⑪书本较多，后期还会不断增加，希望跟着我漂泊不定的它们也能有个家； ⑫希望物品陈设藏与露兼备，张弛有度。
