从原始户型图可见，本案没有玄关，餐厅的面宽较窄，而业主想要通过户型改造来改善这两个明显的缺点，同时业主还想要拥有独立书房和衣帽间。
设计团队根据业主的需求，做了如下的调整： 1.卫生间右移，为主卧让出部分空间作为独立衣帽间，大部分的衣物都可以放在这个空间； 2.次卧作为独立书房，让渡部分空间给衣帽间，同时也给洗衣区腾出了必要的空间； 3.书房和餐厅之间的隔墙嵌入了餐边柜，给餐厅增加了功能空间； 4.北阳台改造成为鞋帽间，厨房和鞋帽间错位，互借空间，同时兼顾厨房高柜和衣柜。
玄关进门的位置是餐厅的岛台，一方面用岛台做了一个隔断，配合餐边柜营造出玄关的概念，全身镜则可以用来整理衣物和心情。
岛台设置了抽屉用来储藏日常的生活用品，满足了玄关的储物功能，餐边柜的隐藏式设计让玄关不会因为餐边柜显得杂乱无序。
北阳台被改造成鞋帽间以后，收纳了80双的鞋子和若干的大包，左侧则是一个开放式的衣柜，用来悬挂常用衣物。有客人来访时，也可以作为客人的外套和包包的收纳空间。
业主希望客厅是自己用来卸下压力，全身心放松的区域，可以自由的看剧看电影，听音乐打游戏，找到属于自己的安定感。
因此客厅采用了一台85寸的大电视，配合悬浮式的电视柜，底部灯带衬托出轻盈温暖的感觉。
为了补充悬浮电视柜的储物空间，电视墙旁边还额外做了一组柜子，白色的柜体和墙面融为一体。
沙发墙采用原木色的饰面，和白色柜体和水泥色墙面构成一个简洁却不单调的立面。
沙发墙的壁龛用了磨砂烤漆不锈钢材质，用5MM的折边盖住饰面板，完美解决了收口的问题。
模块化的沙发使得空间变得灵活自由，随时可以改造成合围式的会客空间来满足不同的需求。
餐厅选择了橡木长桌作为中心，除了作为餐桌使用外，还可以作为临时的办公桌。
餐边柜的背板提前开好了轨道插座的槽位，同色系的选择让轨道和柜体融为一体，插座可以随时调整位置，方便使用。
嵌入式餐边柜用来摆放咖啡机，气泡水机和管线机，轻松成为一个方便的水吧。
厨房选用了最高效率的U型，嵌入式的厨电节省了大量的空间。
卧室用床底和背板后的灯带，营造出一种漂浮感，让人有一种睡在云端的感觉。
床靠和床架保持一体，用可调角度的壁灯提供夜读照明。
衣帽间采取能挂则挂的策略，最大化挂衣区，同时也预留了搁板的放置空间。
床头柜也是悬浮式的结构。
干湿两区采用不同深度和颗粒的水磨石风格瓷砖，用嵌入式和悬空的设计，让卫生死角最小化。
阳台则是一个小小的生态空间，没有了晾衣架的束缚，变得更加的自由和绿色。
客厅、卫生间和卧室之间的走道设置成了洗衣区，隐藏的可抽出式的脏衣篮，和洗衣干衣机无缝链接，构成了最佳的洗衣三部曲。
餐边柜一侧的隐形门一打开，就是书房空间，主要的诉求就是足够大的书桌，还有足够静心的环境。
利用一面墙做了一张两米长的转角书桌，可供两人同时使用，也为打印机和NAS等设备提供了足够的摆放空间。
桌面采用隐藏式的插座设计，让电线都隐藏在了桌面下面，保持了桌面的整洁和清爽。
