原始户型比较工整，而父母作为主要居住的成员，我们没有大刀阔斧的去做改造，都只在局部去做优化，因为父母分房睡，加上业主偶尔回家，三房的配置得以保留。考虑家里做饭得情况比较多，厨房部分做了优化，使用频率不高的生活阳台纳入到餐厅，原厨房过小，为了更加合理得安置功能，厨房和餐厅做了一体化的设计，厨房空间比以前就更加通透了。整个色调的选择上，我们尽可能满足两代人都能接受的调性。木制品的部分以沉稳的胡桃木以及质感强烈的白色高光烤漆为主，传统和当代结合；再用少量的黑色木制品让空间的线条和形体更加有力。金色不锈钢的使用，增添更多精致的细节。
