本案位于重庆市渝北区嘉陵江畔，小区依山傍水，地理环境优越。业主对于新家的打造充满了期望，希望最后的效果能呈现出一个明亮、通透、干净、整洁极简的感觉。设计团队通过对空间功能的调整，优化布局，最大限度的满足了业主对风格和使用的需求。一层原始空间结构受尺寸限制比较狭小，故设计对结构进行了较大改动，首先对卫生间位置进行了设计调整，使其功能更加的合理且动线流畅，同时将厨房入口后移，与生活阳台联通，在厨房入口处设计早餐台，既增加了厨房采光通风，也让客厅餐厅区域更加的开阔明亮。二层在楼梯栏杆的设计上抛弃了传统手法，使用到顶书架设计，既达到安全防护的作用，同时又兼具美观及实用性。三层将主卫生间的一部分墙面拆掉，设计为透明玻璃墙及玻璃门，让主卧室和卫生间的采光互补，卧室空间更加宽敞明亮。
