在疫情防控常态化的时代，大家对家庭防护特别重视。如何从室内设计角度考虑这一问题，已成为设计师的新课题。本案摒弃传统的布局模式，打造多条“洄游动线”，既满足家庭防疫需求，又让居家空间具备多重可能性。将次卫改造后，让回家实现双动线，满足疫情情况下回家换鞋拆快递后能洗手或者洗澡。根据业主需求，打造多功能房，把主卧和客房打通之后，利用两道可开可合的口袋门让客房复合使用，满足女主想要的衣帽间，这种符合未来生活方式的设计理念，让110平小面积住房实现了超多用途。
主背景&基本需求 这是业主为方便照顾父母购置的第二套住房（与父母同一小区），常住人口为男女主人和女儿。两人从事销售行业，经营自己的公司。女主有时会把工作带回家来，需要考虑女主工作位。而男主在家喜欢看电视，所以希望保留电视机位；有应酬时会回家比较晚，需要设计师考虑作息不同步的问题。原始主卧衣柜预留空间明显不够，而女主又很渴望有衣帽间。但是小房间又不能直接取消，必须保留有一间客房，因为父母有时会在这边来睡。小孩虽然周末才回家，但正处于升学关键年龄(14岁)，所以小孩房间需要考虑学习空间。业主需要尽可能多的设置收纳空间，避免现在家里那种因缺乏收纳空间、东西到处放置而看着凌乱。
1、空间改造重点一：次卫改造。原次卫门和部分墙体拆掉，并进行功能重组，实现到家后“进门→换鞋→拆快递→马上洗手或洗澡”这一防疫清洁流程。而在此过程中，做到了对厨房或客餐厅区域形成物理隔绝，避免污染。
2、空间改造重点二：根据业主需求，提出“多功能房”的概念。因为夫妻二人回家时间有可能不同步，为了实现“照顾晚回家者也能充分休息好、但又不影响已入睡者”，我把主卧和客房打通，利用可开可合的两道口袋门让客房复合使用：男主晚归时能在客房卧榻休息，同时又利用此处空间落实了女主特别想要的衣帽间，父母过来时就保持客房用途，让空间拥有无限的可能。
3、小孩房在与阳台打通后空间较大，在满足小孩睡觉和学习空间足够的前提下，设计师把原过道墙体拆除，将空间重新进行合理化分配，并新建柜体增加储物功能。
4、为了扩大实用面积，将厨房和生活阳台之间的门去掉后，直接制作一个洗衣机柜把洗衣机嵌入进去。
